She works with organisations to embed procedurally fair approaches that prioritise safety, trust, and agency, and supports people to integrate trauma-informed practice into their existing systems.
Gemma Edgar
Gemma specialises in restorative and trauma-informed approaches, guiding universities and organisations to resolve misconduct and strengthen conduct processes through accountability, repair and sustainable cultural change. She also brings specialised expertise in student accommodation contexts, supporting fair and effective responses in these complex environments.
