Angela Griffin

Research and Projects

Angela brings expertise in research, evaluation and gender-based violence prevention to help organisations strengthen their policies, practices and responses. She has experience in a range of settings, including service delivery organisations and universities, with a strong focus on client and end-user engagement, co‑design and relational approaches to prevention and support.

Her current doctoral research examines how universities can offer a meaningful ‘menu of options’ to victim‑survivors of gender-based violence — work that is shaping sector thinking on justice, voice and choice. This research is grounded in lived experience perspectives and aims to inform more responsive, trauma‑aware approaches in tertiary settings.

Angela has co‑founded peer-led prevention initiatives and contributes to national advisory panels focused on improving gender-based violence prevention and response. She brings a practical, evidence-informed and collaborative approach to all projects.
